Mike Haysman on commentary reporting that thunderstorms are in the forecast for tomorrow. At this point in time, Mother Nature is going to be England's best chance at saving this Test.

That looked close in real time. Thankfully reviews show the ball missing leg stump. A big break for England. South Africa lose a review.

Paying for two poor first sessions on Friday.

We are firmly under the cosh adn it would take a miracle later on today to save this one.

What was Compton all about reviewing a massive nick?

England skittled out for a paltry 101. A very disappointing end to what was otherwise a very successful series for them. Full credit to South Africa in this one. They were the better team in all three areas of the game, and fully deserved to win.

Rabada finished with 13/144, the second best figures ever by a South African bowler. Only Makhaya Ntini's 13/132 against West Indies in 2005 was better. He is an absolute star in the making. To think he is still only 20 and has a lot of room to develop and improve.

Apart from the early finish, very disappointing indeed.

Site seeing now I suppose.

Be safe Mail, and enjoy the rest of your time there. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise great series for England. I am envious that you were there for Broad's rampaging efforts on day three at Johannesburg.

Not to be too down after such an historic series win, but England had three big questions coming into this series (Hales, Compton and Taylor) and all three remain unanswered.

There is a long break now before England play Sri Lanka. I, personally, would stick with the three of them for the series against Sri Lanka. Compton looked like he was going to be the answer at number 3 after the first Test, but suddenly he became incredibly jittery at the crease. Taylor's ability against spin means he should keep his place in the side. That leaves Hales, who is the most vulnerable. There is no doubt he has some work to do. His footwork was non-existent at times, he played at far too many balls outside off stump and he seemed caught in two minds while at the crease, failing to play his natural game of aggression.
