Come on England! Big wicket that for Mo. England have been far better after tea and with a good push with the new ball, could at least pull themselves back into this one. That looked highly unlikely at tea.

I have no idea how Duminy keeps getting selected.

A good last hour from South Africa. They weathered the storm, and have scored freely with the new ball.

Not a great day for Jimmy in a series that has been a bit disappointing for him. I wonder how much, if at all, that injury is still bothering him.

South Africa 329/5 at stumps. Very much South Africa's day, and Stephen Cook will rightly receive the headlines for his century on debut. England bowled better after tea, but it was a case of too little, too late. South Africa have put themselves in the ascendancy, and will have their eyes set on a score of 500+.

Arrived Day 3 at Wanderers and what a day.

Today at Centurion not so good.

Bairstow will have to do what Prior did and become a better keeper, moving to the left as a trigger does not help.

Amla what timing, that man is a genius.

Back in the morning so hopefully we make some early inroads.

Beautiful setting.

After some of the comments AB came out with I just wished it was Anderson that got him but either way, I'm happy he's gone for a duck. What's the saying in England these days..."chat shit, get banged"...

Excellent points, Mail, re: Bairstow. I really hope that he can make improvements, as he really solidifies England's middle-order, but you can't keep giving the opposition chance after chance.

This was a better day for England. Stokes continues to pick up wickets, and Cook and Root have put together a partnership to help settle some of the jitters. Compton was desperately unlucky to get one that kept so low. I suspect the erratic bounce will be a big feature over the next three days of this Test.
