Thunder require 37 runs off 30 balls....... hope Michael Hussey sees this through for the Thunder as his last game on OZ soil !!!

This has been a fitting finish to an incredibly exciting BBL. Everything coming down to the last over. Khawaja and KP again both in the runs. Kallis, Watson and Hussey proving that T20 cricket has no age discrimination.

I really thought the Stars would win this one, but full credit to the Thunder - 177 was not an easy score to chase down. Things got a bit wobbly at the end, with 4 wickets going down in 4 overs, but that just goes to show the value of having wickets in hand.

Sydney Thunder WIN !!!  I was hoping that they would win as a fitting farewell to Mike Hussey ....

A win against his brother David Hussey and on their Mom's birthday !!! Wow !!

It has been an amazing  BBL/05 ... going from strength to strength.  Even though I've not attended any of the matches at the ground this year ..... I've really enjoyed watching it on TV !!  Hope the WI players are back next year!!!
