EZjet Air Services, a new company, is a US public charterer who has contracted Dynamic Airways, a US carrier, to provide six weekly regular non-stop flights between New York-JFK and Georgetown, Guyana, using a B767, beginning December 16, 2011.
The company was founded to address the long standing dissatisfaction with the current level of service offered by other carriers and hassle while travelling to/from Guyana.
EZjet has obtained US DOT Approval and is awaiting final approval from the Government of Guyana.
Market demands favour the introduction of a Guyana operator providing additional air transport services that will provide a higher quality of passenger service between Guyana and the United States.
This service is designed around a high level of customer service and convenience, utilizing the most up-to-date aviation and information technologies to ensure a continuity of reliable service and low fares. According to CEO Sonny Ramdeo, the service will provide for a generous baggage allowance of two checked pieces at 65 pounds each, complimentary meals, beverages, in-flight promotions, and cultured customer service, along with professional excellence.
