Australia unchanged for Brisbane Test; Cummins, Hazlewood still out

Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood will miss the second Ashes Test in Brisbane starting on Thursday (December 4) after Australia named an unchanged squad for the Day-Night Test at the Gabba. The two fast bowlers were seen training in the nets in Sydney during the week but have not been declared fit to feature in the Test which means that Steve Smith will continue to captain the side.

Just like in Perth, Cummins will continue to be with the side in Brisbane during the Test and will continue his preparations there.

Australia Squad: Steve Smith (c), Scott Boland, Alex Carey, Brendan Doggett, Cameron Green, Travis Head, Josh Inglis, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Nathan Lyon, Michael Neser, Mitchell Starc, Jake Weatherald, Beau Webster
