sunny day  at the QPC and still no play. An explanation for this fiasco is urgently required. ICC should be taking note of this. wonder what the match referee report will look like on the capabilities on those in charge to get the venue in a state of readiness. There was very little rain over the last two days yet both of those days were washed out.
