Leon Johnson comes into the side to replace Chandrika as Paint's opening partner. The other big news is young Alzarri Joseph will make his Test debut, replacing Bishoo as Holder opts to play the extra seamer. I am very excited to see what his raw pace can do.

Good captaincy there. Holder brings in the fielder to short fine leg and Rahul - who has not been shy of playing his shots - flicks one to Paint. Needed that wicket just before lunch.
