Let me further add, there is no leadership in the West Indies team.  The most senior player, Marlon as I observed and backed by another poster, does not seem interested anymore.  Daren Bravo is still sorting out level of cricket he wants to play, be it T20, ODI or Test.  The skipper, Holder is overwhelmed by the task of captaincy itself, muchless leading from the front.

So who is there to inspire and lead the team?  No one!    There is big hole in this area and it is affecting everyone! I say bring back Ramdin, if not Chanderpal.  Leadership is seriously lacking!  Replace the coach with Viv or someone with a strong disciplined background.

there cyar be no leader of the team on the field because in the growth and interest of the cricket administrative bureaucracy,  they have supressed the natural and powerful leader of the team..the Captain.

you cant have a proper captain of any cricket team and a bureaucracy in charge. in the captain the players wud have a powerful rep with real power and deh cant have dat if they are to control the team and exploit it to their advantage


so they took all the power from the Captain and his assistant the manager... and gave it to the head coach. 

then they have made the head coach all powerful with high salary... but ultra insecurity on the job.  on average HC's doh last but a very short time in each job..3-4 years I guess.

all of dat is so there will be no opposition to the bureaucracy from the team/players...like the old Bolshevik Frank Worrell who literally at one stage took over west indies cricket.

the cricket administrations now pay themselves more than the players get, have shut down the players and run cricket like a demonic totalitarian dictatorship.

were it not for T2O/DI the players would be enslaved once again at ultra low wages,  like in the bad old days where cricket was a caste system of gentlemen and players..of elite and professionals, who played for pennies.

cricket has once again become a master servant relationship on the field itself.  and the west indies team is a 'watless', leaderless vacuum on the field because that is what the wicb has deliberately manipulated into being. 

the wicb are now satisfied with the west indies because for the fus' time since 1949 deh have total control of the team..a ridiculous, leaderless bunch of incomptents..which is exactly the way a team must be if you are going to control it

real men do not allow demselves to be controlled.  deh will have a decent situation or they wont play...regardless/

and Jason Holder is a total fool..making noise demanding runs from Samuels who over 12-15 years have given a 25 average.
