SUPERB BOWLING by triumphant West Indies youth player Jyd Goolie who mesmerised the Tobago All-Stars team and help to register another humiliating defeat to the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board (TTCB) National League XI in their 50-overs-a-side feature match contested at the Cyd Gray Sports Complex, Scarborough yesterday.

Sent in to bat first, with the intention of allowing the Tobagonians an opportunity to bat for 50 overs, the All-Stars selection batted through to 42 overs but were bowled out for 107 with only Kyron Lynch offering resistance with 35.

Leg-spinning all-rounder Goolie proved too much for the Tobagonians and grabbed five wickets for 26 from eight overs while left-armer Khary Pierre snapped up 2/15 from eight overs. In reply, the TT CB National League XI romped to a convincing 10-wicket victory in 19.2 overs.

Camil Pooran was unbeaten on 52 while Nicholas Alexis was on 50.
