It didn't take long for Inzi to make some major changes to the Pakistan team, axing the likes of Shahid Afridi, Ahmed Shehzad, Umar Akmal and Mohammad Irfan from a list of 35 players that will feature at an upcoming training camp ahead of their tour of England.

Given Waqar's scathing report in the aftermath of the World Cup, it is not too surprising that both Akmal and Shehzad have been left out of the squad in light of their discipline problems.

Salman Butt was also omitted from the squad as Inzi believes he needs to play more first-class cricket before he could be counted on for selection.
