Last time we won a T20 WC:

Ottis Gibson was Coach and you all have seen him on the English squad we defeated

Back then there was no position called Director of Cricket

Fast forward to 2016 :

Players are the same as 2012 with 1 or 2 exception.


there is now a Director named Richard Pybus

and new Head Coach is named Phil Simmons (deserter of the Ireland squad)
