The only other cricketer that I can recall bowling with both hands is Hashan Tillakaratne in the '96 World Cup against Kenya.

I totally agree. The batsman was seeking to achieve and advantage by advancing out of his crease. Therefore, the bowler had the right to run the batsman out.Cricket is no more a tea party where the opposing teams exchange niceties.  It's a contest and big money is involved, so the ultimate aim is to win the game.
ICC Rule 42.11 permitted the bowler to run out the batsman in the manner he did. Therefore, why are some persons condemning the bowler?

I am happy that the West Indies are now into the U19 semi-finals. and I congratulate them. Their performances in the warm-up's and opening matches didn't convince many people that they would have reached this far. Now that they have reached this point, I do hope they will go on to reach the finals.
