Being on the sidelines for most of 2015 has done little to dampen the spirits of promising wicketkeeper/batsman Nicholas Pooran who is counting his blessings this Christmas season.
The former West Indies Under-19 stand-out, who turned 20 in October, is still fighting to reach full fitness after suffering a career-threatening leg injury in car accident at the start of the year but is now looking forward to resuming his cricket career early in 2016.

Pooran was lucky to come away from the accident with his life. .
