A joint cricket league to top IPL

Wouldn't it be nice If cricket boards like SLC, PCB, WICB, NZC could start a grand league together with matches played on each country. This could get the local first class cricketers good experience and they would become a financial power together and break free of the stranglehold of the big three. Any suggestions?

thats a tough to put together as none of those boards are financially stable.

I know it's tough but look at the strength of the BCCI. It's strong because it has the largest number of cricket fans following it's team. If a cricket league can get fans to follow from these countries they could get on their feet in the ICC.
