I think Sarwan was the only world class batman who played alongside Lara and Shiv in the late 90's. I don't know why he was dumped so haphazardly. What happened exactly?

Insular SELECTORS : LIED about his Fitness

He took them to COURT and WON : The CEO Ernest Hillaire then mounted a vengeance attack !!

This, he said, effectively cost him not only a central contract for the 2010-11 season

but also damaged his "reputation as a professional cricketer"

and "sullied his career as an international cricketer."

No wonder WI cricket is in the state of ruin. They could've have used a batsman like Sarwan to assist Shiv in the post Lara era.

That's the problem right there:

Sarwan TIE the great Pan African  ViV : high score of 291 (Both versus England)

Shiv was about to overtake the great Lara aggregate TEST runs.

also discarded from doing the same with ODIs under the pretext "save him for Tests"  :P

These "coolie bhais" were getting too big for their britches and seed guard protective cup  !!!!!!!!
