Interesting comments from Chappell and quite agree with him on the appointment of Holder.

Holder seems a slightly better Sammy. That said I do feel for him as he might have looked a genius and Lloyd a visionary had the team applied themselves better.

Any test batsman has to play the long game and that is what is lacking in this team.....crease occupation.

To remove Holder now would be silly but to insert a young many, making his way in FC cricket and yet to merit a test spot seemed shortsighted to me.

They just have to apply themselves but losing, much like winning, becomes a habit.
