I agree and think it shows a lack of respect for the captain. Worse than that though it's disrespectful for the team and for the nation, and if this is the kind of players the west Indies have now then it's no wonder they're in trouble.

If it was up to me, they'd be on their way home by now, but maybe that's what they want?

Well the old saying that no player is ever grater than the 're seems to go out of the window yet again in the case of west Indies cricket.

The players make a fool of themselves and the team, the coach included...the coach comes out and defends them. What does that say to the rest of the team?

Well I am not at all amazed that West Indian cricket has nosedived in the last 2 decades after reading about the bad attitude and serious commitment issues of these two fast bowlers. In my view they should have banned these two from playing for WI ever again. No matter how weak your back up bowlers are the WI should try and retain its dignity and rebuild its stature in world cricket.
