I feel for Jason Holder ... he leads from the front (or at least tries to) and seemingly with no support from the team!!!

A bright and educated young man with a difficult job in the present scenario of WI cricket !!!  Hope he manages to cope with Wl board and team cr@p without too much mental  scarring ............

Jason Holder is the captain and what he says goes. If Kemar Roach and Jerome Taylor don't want to follow the captain's orders, piss them off and bring in players who want to play for Test cricket for the West Indies.
