The ODI rule changes seem to be having an effect

With no batting powerplay and 5 fielders outside the circle in last 10 overs, we're seeing less of 300+ scores. Remove the "two new balls" rule, and things might get even more interesting.

Yeah it makes the game more worthwhile notice that the bowling side now uses short ball rather than yorkers which are way more risky, ie yorkers can come as low full tosses which can be easily hit versus if you make a mistake with the short ball chances are that a mis hit is caught in the outfield, we need to bring more balance to the game now.
