You do realize that management can only do so much. Quite a lot depends on the cricketers who play the game.

Well I hope Holder can back up those big talk with some big performances to hold the team together where bowling and lower order batting is concerned!

We are playing Sri Lanka whom has 89 points and we are at 81 points .

My ambition and focus is CLOSING this 8 point Gap .

That would be a REAL Benchmark
