South Africa won the toss and elected to bat. Eddie Leie who was last seen playing for the Zouks makes his debut for South Africa.

ABDV and de Kock have come out swinging for the fences. 36/0 (4 ovs).

South Africa are going to post a monster total. 95/0 at the halfway stage of their innings. The Bangladesh bowlers have looked very ordinary and their fielding hasn't been much better, but full credit to de Kock and AB, they have been tremendous.

Bangladesh showing some fight. Three wickets in the space of seven balls have pulled them back into the match. Despite a fantastic opening stand, no 50s for either de Kock or ABDV. South Africa 104/3 (12 ovs).

South Africa post 169/4 from their 20 overs aided by a nice cameo from Rilee Roussow at the end (19 from 6 balls). Full credit to Bangladesh for staging an excellent fightback. At the halfway stage of their innings, South Africa were looking at a score of 220+.

Well I hope South Africa can break Bangladesh's winning streak at home and prevent the Bangladeshis from moving further away up the rankings from the West Indies.
