As I've said before, Good luck to Uncle Phil ..... huge undertaking to think/believe he will turn WI cricket around !! 

However, he signed the contract (unless another Dyson cock-up) thereby agreeing to the terms of contract and given he was turned down in favour of Ottiss last time round ...he must've gone into it with his eyes wide open.

'Make yuh bed and lie on it Phil if yuh bawling in 2 months time' ... Was your career choice ......and it is the WICB you're dealing with  :-[  IMO ... you should've stayed where you were appreciated
