That's a temporary thing, shouldn't count surely? I don't know though.
I mean it's not like how Smith was made captain, filling in for others, does that count?

I was looking for the youngest man to ever captain west indies regardless. I am just interested in the facts. young captains is not development I am keen on.
I am for the experienced and skilled leader..not the phenom!
will always watch and enjoy young phenomenal players and marvel at their skill for being so young... give them every chance to develop and gain experience. but I will never give them the keys to the house. not me.
others would but not me. if that works out once successfully it is more likely to fail 10 times in great disaster
