Former West Indies player Colin Croft says the Nagico Super-50 tournament cannot be used to gauge Jerome Taylor's readiness for a return to international cricket.
Taylor last played for the regional team almost four years ago due to his struggle with back problems.
He's taken 6 wickets in three matches on his comeback for Jamaica in the limited overs tournament. This includes 3 for 11 in Friday's semi-final loss to host Trinidad and Tobago.
Despite the promise, Croft says he must be convinced that Taylor is again ready to return to the game.
The West Indies will battle Ireland in two Twenty20 and a One Day International at Sabina Park starting next week Wednesday.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Taylor will not be picked anytime soon for the Windies so I don't know what Croft is on about.
