Bangladesh stand a very good chance of winning here.A couple of more hours left and i hope bangladesh can see light at the end of the tunnel, but I'm pretty sure Sri Lanka's spinners will try their hardest to prevent the hosts' escape.
Mominul needs to make it big and led the host's counter attack.
Scores :
Ban 208/3 (Hasan 14 Mominul 74),need 259 to win.

Pradeep to Mominul Haque, 1 run, tucks it away behind square leg and there it is !
Third Test hundred
as he has a giant smile
on his face in celebration. The players are shaking hands now :
looks like both teams have decided to call this a draw

Mushfiqur questioned the timing of Mathews' declaration.
"I am also surprised that they only made us play a few overs [on day four],"
"If I was captaining Sri Lanka, I would have left it with 20 overs to go.
I think I would have been happy with a 350-400 lead."

"We didn't really declare late," Mathews said.
"If they wanted to chase the 467, they could have, but they did not show any intent.
They had 98 overs, and we actually could have bowled more than 98 overs, but they didn't show any intent.
We were one-nil up in the series and they had to make a move.
But we declared yesterday itself, rather than waiting for today. :
We were being positive and we were going all out for the win."

Mathews suggested Pakistan's recent historic chase of 302 at 5.25 runs an over, against Sri Lanka, indicated 467 was chaseable !
"If they wanted to, it was possible,"
That's what the Pakistanis did in Sharjah.

Bangladesh should have gone for the loss and in this I Mean that they should have made an effort to chase down the score.
A loss or a draw for Bangladesh , same difference but the excitement of a run chase and who knows maybe they could have won

Are you even serious dude? We're talking about a 9th ranked team, who got CRUSHED in their first match (which was IMO due to the whole them losing their test status thing, because they haven't collapsed that bad in recent times at all) and they applied themselves and earned the draw.
5+ RPO on 5th day? On a slow and inconsistent pitch? Have you even watched the match?
Bangladesh "won" this, pure and simple. They played well and earned the draw. Congrats to them. Angelo is trying to save his face, nothing else. His declaration was defensive and he deserves the blame - although I don't know if that'd have done any good, but yeah.
