They come in the guise of helping to build your infrastructure and exploiting third world countries resources but in the meantime they have a caveat that you must allow thousand of chinese to take up residence in those countries

In places like Guyana , they unload donkey and dog meat on an unsuspecting public from their restaurants.

Poor Richard DeSouza would be turning in his grave right now as his tribute has taken many unexpected turns.... OMG...

I am still unsure what he did in public office to make you have that opinion.

If I made the same accusation about Hunte and Hillaire then I can't substantiate with examples. Unless I have missed it, not sure you have given examples about RDS.

contemporaneous with DeSousa was Irving Shillingford from Dominica..a far better batsman than DeSousa who  never got a look  see until he was 33 and Lloyd went for him against Pak in the west indies ..1977 or '78.

also had DeSousa continued he might have been in line for that place as well.  he might even have been preferred to Shillingford then who knows
