Westindies won inspite of those Portuguese on the board  because  the players had something called skill and Talent .
Most of the current players do not have the same abilities .
With a name Chin,that sound chinese and it is natural that you will support other races that are not Black because you came from the exploiter  class in the Westindies.  Chinese are basically parasites in the Westindies
