Ramdin seems to be the natural successor and his performances over the last couple of years have bolstered his case, I would think.

However for him to take over and succeed Gibson will have to go. If he is offered the job and he feel that is the way forward he has to say so.

* As long as Gibson is coach, Ramdin should respectfully decline the captaincy if it is offered to him.
