Do you folks remember the test in which Samuels scored a double and Bravo and Shiv scored hundreds ?




* Anyway, different opponent this time around.

* But watch out for Marlon Samuels.

* He scored 123 against NZ at Sabina park last year.

* If Marlon gets going, and he looks determined, he will score his 2nd test hundred against New Zealand.

* Samuels looks scratchy, but he may surprise tonight.


BOTTOM LINE:

If the West Indies are to draw this test---they'll need a few partnerships----and a few big scores.

SerenaThis batting performance by the West Indies in the second innings blew me away. I kept closing my eyes and then rubbing and opening them again and sat transfixed as I watch that unbelievable partnership between John Campbell and Shai Hope. What a magnificent performance by these two! It just goes to show that patience, determination and effort can go a long way to improve the performances of the West Indies team.
