* That site really turned out nice.
* Shiv was still averaging in the mid 40s when Bally started the site.
* Then all of a sudden Shiv raised his cricket---and before you know it the man was averaging 50.
* Hope Shiv ends his career with most runs and most hundreds by a West Indian.
* BallOil and the volunteers have done a fabulous job keeping up with Shiv's accomplishments.

BOTTOM LINE:
Shiv admitted in his own words recently that he chose the "poke and block" approach to batting----and the NUMBERS DON'T LIE----the poke and block tactic has worked for the great man----10,963 runs in 150 tests at a 51.71 average with 28 100s and 61 50s
