On a serious note .... he must be getting ready to put some plan in place soon.  He's certainly keeping a low profile.

Don't expect Pybus to be a magician and turn around WI's in a flash.  As Muirhead said "Securing the services of Richard is a major coup for the WICB, as he has extensive knowledge in designing and managing successful cricket development systems both at the grassroots and elite levels and we look forward to him building on the work we have already done."

Don't ask me what work has already been done  :D ..... BUT I imagine that he will be concentrating on working with the HPC, schools, clubs, U-16, U-19 etc to ensure a competitive system which will eventually feed through elite players and ultimately international players of a high standard.

Well I hope that is the plan anyways  :-\..... and getting rid of Ottiss would be a bonus ...... :D
