Really have to wonder what selectors are thinking with Cottrell. He is fast and irratic at best. Very young not yet ready for test cricket. WI selectors have sent young express pace bowlers to India where they can expect this flatest pitches and would need to grind it out. Really WI selectors are the worst. Hopefully it will not ruin the confidence of these bowlers and they can manage without getting injured. No Bravo means a medium pacer very accustomed to Indian pitches and who performs well there is out. Sammy better be prepared to bowl 20 plus overs per day. With two spinners bowling combined at least 50 overs with short bursts from the two pacers 20 overs between them no more than 5 over bursts of express pace. That will be WI best chance in India. Darren Bravo needs to perform as well as Samuels to support Chanderpaul. Gayle usually does well against India. Just want to see some good competitive cricket from both sides

death,
I agree with your position.
If it was an Australian tour then you might begin to understand but not the best tour for an inexperienced lad who, really, has not achieved that much.
