Here's how you regain your form in cricket:
-Go watch tapes of yourself making 291 against England.
-Use the SAME type of BAT and GLOVES and PADs you did when making runs in the past (trust me this works)
-Do yoga- clear the mind...You are talented but you let others get to you. Focus on YOU...not on what others THINK of you... work to change how YOU feel about YOU.
-Self confidence is restored in small steps, not overnight. Do the things that made you successful...talk to your former coaches and confidants...
-Make yourself happy every day. Listen to music you like, eat properly, talk to love ones and good friends...forget social media for a while...have real conversations with real people...that's why they invented the telephone.
-YOU are in charge. Not the media, not the skuntholes that keep knocking you down...just YOU.
-We all know you are talented...we have seen it..stop whining and complaining about how others treat you...Life is unfair...get with the facting program... man up.
-Regarding liquor and drinking. Fack the sterotypes. IF you are a social drinker and can handle your liquor then go ahead with a drink or two...if you do everything on this list and want to have a drink or two...you facting earned it...don't let morally bankrupt people tell you how to live your life.
-Find a nice woman and settle down if you can...fastest way to clear the mind and get some perspective in life.
How do I know all of this??!! Cause I DID IT...and it works..I sucked for 2 seasons and went back to basics and now I am facting blasting the ball like the real Babulall.
The best feeling in the world is when you come back from the depths of despair and work your way back to the top..you need a plan. I have given you the blueprint here...the ball is in your court...Do what it takes to be successful again or STFU and stop wasting our time....Intl cricket is not for crybabies..

Babu:
I heard Ronnie getting married in a few weeks. This is a good move. Hope he returns to cricket with renewed focus.
Good post above.

just sent him an email. i think it was mentioned that he was going graduate school so he could be busy.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

* Sarwan is 33 yr 152days old = 40.01 test average
* Sarwan will have to dominate the 2014 first class season in the Caribbean if he wants another chance
* Samuels is 32yr 321days old---36.74 test average---he is an automatic pick
* Deonarine is 30yr 106 days old---27.68 test average----he should be shown the door
* Kirk Edwards is 29yr 19days old---39.12 test average----he will replace Deo
BOTTOM LINE:
Only Sarwan can get Sarwan back into the WI team----he has to dominate the 2014 season.

Before Sarwan left on the tour of England as a 19-year-old, he had been deeply in love with Lisa Kensinally,
the girl he first dated when they were barely in their teens. They were inseparable.
Lisa died suddenly and unexpectedly after a brief illness.
Sarwan left the tour and flew home to be at her funeral before rejoining his team for the final test at Oval.
"I dedicate this hundred to Lisa Kensinally," Sarwan, then 22, said of his childhood sweetheart.
"She was my girlfriend and supported me all through my early days in cricket,"
