those guys are bored, corrupt and irresponsible azzholes who cannot face up to their reality as the beneficiaries of those actually poisoned planet earth and are  responsible for all the atrocity that has taken place...that takes place.


the are now manufacturing aliens responsible for human behaviour.  we know who did all they ascribe to aliens...every single one of them.  and they are human just like those guys.
