should SA be allowed to compete in the games even if they dont allow women to have gyms to exercise, not allowed to play in sports and therefore banned from trying out for the Olympic games?

Saudi  Arabia has made huge advances recently .  With rapid speed they have advanced to  the 18 century from the 7th century .
Give em time like a few more centuries and they will arrive  at the 21st century . Changes do take time
