CARTAGENA, Colombia (AP) — A summit of 33 Western Hemisphere leaders opens Saturday with the United States and Canada standing firm, but alone, against everyone else's insistence that Cuba join future summits.
The Sixth Summit of the Americas has also taken on a somewhat tabloid tinge with 12 U.S. Secret Service agents sent home for alleged misconduct that apparently included days of heavy pre-summit poolside drinking.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

this is the last such summit anyway. the latins cant continue the way thigs have been going. they do at the peril of destrouing their countries.
the war on ..which is a war for drugs...is national suicide. deh simply cant continue with it. also it is insane for Cuba to be left out of things... and if the USA/Canada wont come on board on these 2 issues in partticular among many others...there is no need for such summits
