Trinidad Police Chief and Assistant Police chief are both white Canadians whose training included racial profiling, targeting and killing young men of colour and allowing the killers to walk.

Titty police were bad enuff before.  look like deh get licence now!

but the point is that blac men are safe nowhere in the world.  maybe cuba and venezuela now.

yu wud think this could not happen in trinidad eh.  but who went to get white police chiefs to run the police?
