2/16/2012, 2/17/2012, 2/18/2012, 2/19/2012
Set the date in the column like the above and then insert your formula accordingly but make sure that you set the criteria as date and number accordingly

that doesnt work
i dont get days even if i change the cell format

then something is wrong with your excel setting (might be corrupted). because it should work once you change the format in the cells.
