"The US Air Force and DARPA would like us to believe that they have stopped using HAARP in Alaska for research and experiment. Even then, we all know that there are other HAARP systems out there in the form of radar communication and surveillance systems that are rigged on top of mobile platforms that are deployable in any international waters around the world.
All they need to do is twist a knob to change the frequency of the main wave to the microwave range for a modulated frequency [FM] broadcast, and increase the transmission power high enough to reach and heat up the atmosphere above the designated target."

Hurricanes And HAARP... Is Our Weather Being Manipulated?
I have been watching, much like everyone else, the utter devastation left over from the passage of Hurricane Harvey as it passed over the US state of Texas last week.... I said in a previous post that this could be the most devastating hurricane in American history with damage estimates now being in the 180+ BILLION dollar range.... It also has left some 60+ people dead with many more missing.. It has indeed been a tragedy for the southern US and it will take years to rebuild from all the destruction...
Now, we are watching yet ANOTHER major hurricane, named "Irma", suddenly and very rapidly form over the mid Atlantic west of the Lesser Antilles and now gain amazing strength as it tracks rapidly towards the Florida Atlantic coast....This one has the potential to hit Florida and leave devastation equal to and if not greater than what Harvey did to Texas!
But I am deeply puzzled and I wonder if something strange is happening here... Last week, Greg Bacon, over at Goon Squad (www.careandwashingofthebrain.blogspot.com) put out a most interesting article that put out the question as to whether or not Harvey had been artificially created and manipulated to do what it did to Texas!
