not addressing the public on a religious occassion is no big deal.  Tradition doesnt dictate that something must be repeated just because it was done on the act of tradition.  If you were to say that he murdered someone and there is evidence to prove it - i would say yes....that is something to talk about. but this...is a waste of time and makes no sense.

It's you who are out of your mind. To defend the president when he is not showing common decency and doesn't consider the masses to be worthy of an encouraging word for the future, and a reflection of the past year, is an insult to any decent Guyanese. And to then have the gal to drag PPP politics into it must rank as one of the lowest attempt in defending the lack of action on the part of Donald.
