The governments of Guyana and Germany have finalised a 5M euros agreement to assist with the development of the Guyana Protected Areas System (GPAS).
[/size]The announcement was made on Thursday at a news conference hosted by Natural Resources Minister Robert Persaud at the Office of the President.
