"As Africans, long before the arrival of religion and [the] gospel, we had our own ways of doing things," he said.
"Those were times that the religious people refer to as dark days but we know that, during those times, there were no orphans or old-age homes. Christianity has brought along these things."
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

all ah dat may be true...but the current is always crucial, critical, determinative of wat the future will be like.
so on dis crissmus' mawnin' 2011, it is fitting to arks, wat has Zuma done fuh his people, wat is he doing now, even as he opens up his big mout' on religion?
he shud admit dat cristianity itself is a crap, manipulative distillation of original african religion, which is prolly why africans had no problem with it from the start...it resembled wat deh always knew.
it is to reorganise african history in which the truth of it all becomes available to the african people to correct 500 years of misdirection and lies.
is Zuma doin' dat as president.... among many other desperately needed policies for african development?
from all the facts on the ground zuma is doing nothing of the kind. so all he is saying now is political pappyshow
