i decided to make a mish-mash of dishes for christmas

so when i left work i stopped off to buy halal chicken.....to make butter chicken

along with that
curry veggie.....indian not guyanese style
lasagna.....daughter making this
basmatti rice
naan (maybe i will buy the real indian one)

simple and easy dinner for 4 + grandbabas
