it would more than likely be made to prevent anyone from neutralizing it ot taking it out. any such attemt would likley kill the human trying to get it out of their body

they have bar coded people already....surveillance is already total and complete. a vaccine that s chipped is going to be far, far worse than bar code and for much greater purpose of control than bar code. bar code is nothing!

and if population reduction is the point of it all..to reduce the human population globally to just 500 million... what better way to do it than to control time in the lives of people, to be able to eliminate seemingly by natural causes zillions of people over some individually set period of time.
