you do not know of these people and may not find out even if you conduct the most intense and comprehensive of searches of other peoples countries. you would of course do that in your own country and find them too. but in other peoples countries that's hit and miss at best. and some countries would hide such people from the world..brilliant people in all ares of life whom our masters would like to put their hands on, to train and use themselves. or that not possible to kill them outright, silently.. rather than leave them free as a source human power over which they have no control themselves..will not leave them for others to use in any way at all

in any case at the national level it is one way that small nations can equalize themselves against the huge bully nations by building genetic bombs that can wipe them out..that they cannot stop under any circumstance. the most pressing question of the nationalist developers of such equalizing weaponry would be delivery..how to deliver such bombs to the enemy to ensure he meets his maker the same way he is forcing you to.

there are of course ways to solve every question and I am sure that such delivery has been and will be or in the process of being worked out.

I am never 'sooprized' by such outbreaks of disease in the world. what 'sooprizes' me is that it has not been a more frequent event in modern social life..or that a truly major and vast one has not broken out yet, to seriously depopulate the planet of human life. soon I am sure![/quote]
