how did he get this for 11+ million. its worth 3 times that?

and where did he get the money to pay for that on a salary of 400+ per anum ever if he save every penny for 8 years of his salary which would be just 3.2 million dollars. and out of office he just has a 200k pension per anum. how is that going to pay the mortgage on 11+ million?
