the jury is still out on the chinese investment in poor countries . these people from china will come in and open buisnesses in these countries and the local folks cannot compete . Check out the chinese in  Zambia where the poultry industry is dominated by the chinese to the detriment of local producers.
They produce cheaper because  of chemicals and growth hormones
