Well now the AFC and, more importantly Moses, got what they wanted....let us see what the cry will be now. These people are extremely myopic and easily gullible. Rangatang in his wisdom sought to destroy the ppp since he couldn't ascend to the leadership. Crab-dawg mentality on display.
The ppp in asking for a recount, if they get the six additional votes would make it very interesting.

Do you understand the utter confusion and chaos that this suggestion will cause?

There is no need to change the constitution. The people have voted and they have voted in a minority gov't. Simple as that. The fact that this minority gov't won't work because of politicians playing political games instead of doing what is best for their constituents is not a valid reason for amending the constitution.

All is not lost...if the price is high enough, you will have more than a few votes jumping party lines. Politics as usual. Happens all the time.

True. To quote Chairman Mao: "Politics is a bloodless war". One or two AFC peeps could be induced to jump ship and give the PPP/C a majority. If that happens the AFC will be all but dead and buried as a viable political party in Guyana. They will be seen by their constituents as being traitors and untrustworthy and will forever impact the integrity of the party.

"They will be seen .......as being traitors and untrustworthy and will forever impact the integrity of the party."
Sadly, this is the case right now. A traitor is a traitor is a traitor.
That party is a bunch of misfits from the other parties.
