true.. i am trying to read guyana constitution. i hope we get someone who knows.. i believe under burnham constitution a simple majority is not enough .

now we actually can vote without any rigging...
the question is, can AFC AND APNU co-late...?

Seriously...don't you think? In this way the interests of the APNU and PPP and AFC and TUF will all be factored into the decision making. Now there could be a stagnation of initiatives...but it will be fair.
