WH Staff To Skip Correspondents Dinner

The White House staff announced on Tuesday that in "solidarity" with President Trump, they too would not be attending the upcoming White House Correspondents' Dinner. "The White House informed the White House Correspondents' Association this evening that White House staff will not be attending this year's White House Correspondents' Dinner out of 'solidarity' with President Trump, who has previously announced that he would skip the event," WHCA president Jeff Mason wrote in a letter to members. The president, who has frequently called news organizations he does not like "fake news," announced last month that he would not be attending the event.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.
